This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] by and between Red Line Ammo 2 LLC DBA Revere Gun Range (hereinafter referred to as "Range") and the undersigned individual (hereinafter referred to as "Member").

1. Membership Types and Fees

1.1 Membership Levels

1.2 Membership Benefits

 Range Time access from Monday to Friday. 10% OFF on Firearm Accessories, Conceal Carry Items and Apparel. One FREE Cleaning. Access to special prices and events.

1.3 Payment Terms

Membership fees are due on a monthly basis. Payments will be automatically charged to the Member's credit card or bank account on file unless otherwise arranged. The Member agrees to keep payment information current. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

2. Member Responsibilities

2.1 Compliance with Range Rules

The Member agrees to abide by all safety rules, regulations, and policies established by the Range. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

2.2 Conduct

The Member agrees to act in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. Any reckless, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.

2.3 Firearms

The Member must ensure all firearms brought to the Range are in proper working condition and are compliant with federal, state, and local laws. All firearms must be unloaded and cased when entering and exiting the facility.

3. Range Policies

3.1 Range Hours

Members are entitled to use the Range during regular business hours, and any special member-only hours on special events.

3.2 Guests

Members are allowed to bring guests per visit. Guest fees are $15 for handgun lanes and $25 for rifle lanes. The Member is responsible for ensuring their guests follow all safety rules and policies.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Membership cancellations must be requested in writing at least [30] days prior to the desired cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for partial months. The Range reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time for violation of the rules.

4. Liability Waiver and Indemnification

4.1 Assumption of Risk

The Member acknowledges that the use of firearms involves inherent risks and agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the Range. The Member agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Range, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from the Member's use of the Range.

4.2 Indemnification

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold the Range harmless from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and costs (including attorney fees) arising from the Member's use of the Range.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

5.2 Amendments

The Range reserves the right to amend this Agreement and its policies at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to the Member via [email or posted on the Range’s website].

5.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, regarding membership at the Range.
